Pay particular attention to plan coverage, because compliance assurances are routinely scoped to the upper tiers, and the place to confirm any of it is the product's own trust or compliance page rather than a third-party summary.

An organisation's real question about Supabase is not what it does but whether it can be administered: who grants access, who removes it, and how quickly a departure is actually enforced. Single sign-on is the mechanism that answers all three, so confirm which plan carries it (vendors commonly hold it back for higher tiers), and then test the part that matters most: that removing someone centrally revokes their access outright instead of leaving a working session behind a hidden login.

Two questions separate a real uptime guarantee from a decorative one: what the vendor owes you when the target is missed, and whether the plan you are on is covered at all. Check both against Supabase's published terms rather than its status page, since a service-level agreement is a contract clause and a status page is a dashboard, and on a freemium plan the remedy is frequently reserved for the tiers above yours. Where the wording is ambiguous, ask the vendor to confirm it in writing before you build anything that depends on it.
