Gong fits sales and customer teams who need what was said on a call without taking notes during it. The questions worth answering before you commit are consent and recording rules vary by region and transcript accuracy drops with accents and crosstalk.

🏆 Our Verdict

Gong earns a 4.7/5 Noizz editorial rating. It covers meeting recording and transcription with notes, summaries and searchable call history, which is the part worth judging it on: calls transcribed and searchable afterwards, and notes captured without someone typing. The trade-off to weigh is consent and recording rules vary by region. It is a fit for sales and customer teams who need what was said on a call without taking notes during it, and a poor fit for anyone whose requirement sits outside that shape.
