Customer Metrics
Monitor churn rate (aim for <5% monthly), LTV (Lifetime Value), and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost). Your LTV:CAC ratio should be at least 3:1 for a healthy business.
Product Metrics
Track DAU/MAU ratio, feature adoption, and time-to-value. Use Mixpanel or PostHog for product analytics. Identify your "aha moment" and optimize onboarding to reach it faster.
Growth Metrics
Monitor signup-to-paid conversion rate, viral coefficient, and payback period. Set up a weekly metrics review cadence. Dashboards in Notion or Retool make this easy to visualize.
