The core is great but the documentation has some gaps. Had to figure out a few things on my own

The attention to detail here is impressive. Little things like keyboard shortcuts and the command palette make a huge difference in daily usage. Team behind this clearly uses their own product

Does this integrate with Slack? That would be huge for us

Useful for simple bureaucratic stuff. Would never trust it for complex legal matters though.

This is one of those rare tools where every update makes it better, not more bloated

Got fined for overclaiming but still saves hours on parking tickets and simple disputes. Know its limits.

What I like most is that it just works out of the box. No config hell, no spending half a day reading setup guides. Install, connect, done. This is how all dev tools should work

Nice UI but I wish there was a dark mode. Using this at night hurts my eyes
